FLEXFIT Feedback, please!
We just wanted to check in on our awesome backers who made it possible to launch our 8th generation design into production! Did you know we had backers from every continent except Antartica? We have enjoyed hearing from many of you and would love to hear more feedback on your own personal FLEXFIT Revolution story. We've created a simple survey so if you have a few minutes to help us, we would really appreciate it. PLEASE CLICK HERE.

We have been busy working with our incredible partners at The Arc of Opportunity to assemble FLEXFITs. These fantastic and hard working individuals are such an inspiration. Everyone on the team has told us they are so proud to be part of something that is helping people improve their health!
As Matt and Rachelle moved into the second half of their high school junior year and began their college search, they were featured on the website of the Massachusetts District Office of the Small Business Administration. Thank you so much for all of your kind words - we are thrilled to read so many positive comments of how FLEXFIT is working for you. Our mission really is to help people so we really appreciate you joining us on our journey!

And thank you for your patience as we have navigated the logistics of fulfilling rewards from our first campaign! We really have done our best to answer questions and resolve any issues quickly. The best way to reach us is via the Kickstarter message system or our email at [email protected].
All backers who answered by the 26 November survey deadline and/or confirmed their addresses by 9 December had their rewards shipped by that day - over 800 of you! As surveys have continued to be completed, we have continued to ship and as of today we only have 50 backers who have not yet answered their surveys. We have and will continue to send reminder surveys about once a week, but you can also retrieve your survey here: https://get-fit-stay-fit-flexfit.backerkit.com.

Hello Fabulous FLEXFITTERs!
We just wanted to let you know that we started shipping as planned. Over 90% of our backers who answered your surveys by last week already have your rewards on their way! Domestic shipments were sent last Friday and international shipments were sent today. We know some of you may have already received your shipment and we are excited to hear your thoughts about FLEXFIT!
You may have received an email with tracking information or your reward itself from "Creative Print Products". Please don't throw the box away! These are from us, KRAM Wellness, but Creative has been helping us with our fulfillment. We apologize for any confusion on the shipper info.
Digital Download - FLEXFIT Stretching eBook
For everyone who pledged at least at the FLEXFIT level (Early Bird and Extended Early Bird included), your reward includes a Stretching eBook which contains a ton of information on stretches and tips for success. You can access your eBook (pdf download) through your BackerKit survey: https://get-fit-stay-fit-flexfit.backerkit.com. Just enter your email to retrieve your survey and click on "Get Your Digital Downloads". We also just sent everyone who has answered your survey already, an email with the same information on how to get your eBook.
We are planning on shipping the rewards for the remaining backers who have answered your surveys within the next few days. Finalize Your Shipping Address, Please!

Hello FLEXFITTERs,
This is it! We’re getting ready to start shipping later this week!
We will lock down shipping addresses in 48 hours on Wednesday, November 30. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.
If you need to recover your survey to make address changes or you haven't answered your survey yet, please visit https://get-fit-stay-fit-flexfit.backerkit.com and enter your email address to have your survey link sent to you again.
You will still be able to get your rewards if you answer your surveys after November 30 but they may ship out later than the backers who have responded by the deadline. Remember we are trying to get everyone their rewards by the holidays but we need your choices and address to do so!
If you need to change your shipping address or complete your survey please make the updates within your BackerKit survey in the next two days.

Hello Fellow FLEXFITTERs!
We hope you have all received your surveys and a BIG THANKS to everyone who has already responded!
As we have mentioned previously, because YOU helped us reach our goal so early in our campaign, we were able to speed up the work with our manufacturer to finalize our steel mold. With the mold completed and located just down the street from our office, we were able to start producing our custom roller caps earlier and faster than we ever imagined!
Now are are busy turning these roller caps into just one of the three cool features of final production FLEXFITs! We are so excited to be able to share just a small peak into our assembly world and can't wait to get them to you! Next stop after bag selection? Your doorstop!
